REFUND POLICY

Meliora hair & beauty are committed to provide you with high quality wigs and extensions. All of our units and brand new and carefully packaged to ensure you receive your order in its best form. In order to maintain a high quality service, we are unable to accept returns on our wigs once removed from its original packaging and tags have been removed.

If you receive your unit and change your mind, you can send the wig back to us in the same condition it was sent to you (unworn, untampered and unused with tags) within 7 days of you receiving the order, for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Alternatively, we will offer you an exchange or store credit which can be used anytime in the future.

Damages and issues

If your wig is faulty due to manufacturer reasons, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order so we can further investigate the problem and come to a fair resolution.
